SUNDIAL HOUSE by Nadine K Design has been exclusively designed as a concept house for the new land release The Peninsula at the Waterfront Shell Cove.

A coastal home suited for a corner lot of land. Sundial House has been designed to worship the sun, multiple living areas are spread throughout the home, each space designed to receive the sun and shade at different times of the day, The shadows cast allows the owner to feel the seasons’ change from winter, spring, summer and autumn.

The large expanse of glass wraps around the sundial shaped courtyard, filtering the sun rays; just one of the many features of this spectacular home.
