AQUA – A Deep Truss Series Home by Nadine K Design
Nestled in the coastal enclave of Shell Cove, AQUA is the newest addition to my Deep Truss Series — a collection of homes crafted for narrow frontage sites that still celebrate light, volume, and individuality.
Every home in the series explores a unique eave expression, and AQUA takes this idea further with its dropped box eave, giving the façade depth, shadow, and a distinctive architectural identity. The sharp gable silhouette and refined cladding lines anchor the home with a quiet confidence, while large panes of glazing draw the coastal light deep inside.
Designed for multi-generational living, AQUA includes a detached studio and games room — flexible spaces that can transform as life does. Whether for visiting family, adult children, or a creative home office, the layout allows connection and independence to coexist beautifully.
Inside, the design celebrates simplicity and purpose: a strong linear rhythm, warm material palette, and layered transparency that brings the outdoors in.
This is a home for real living — adaptable, timeless, and deeply personal.
